service people will not return phone calls and emails. Left voice with service manager in regards to the email and phone not being returned and got the same response from them. I found this dealership to be dishonest in withholding information I'd asked for, I guess they weren't making any money of the inquiry they don't care. One phone call to Dartmouth Nissan and I had the info I needed from their service manager. I try to do business with local places, but I will go to HRM for Nissan related stuff in the future.

Travelling in NS from out of province, my car started acting weird. I was in Bridgetown, and Bruce Nissan was the closest dealership. After a diagnosis of failing transmission, they worked hard to have the repair covered under warranty. It was approved and the part ordered asap. It arrived in a couple of days. The work was done promptly. They were also able to provide a loaner car. The level of service from Brittney (service advisor) and Manny (service manager) was fantastic. They kept me updated and reassured me the car would be fixed properly. They were great to deal with and I will return to Bruce Nissan if I'm back there and need work done. Thank you!

I leased a Rogue here in 2018. I've had great service since. There was an issue with my most recent oil change but they rectified the problem. Everyone that I've dealt with has always been friendly and will go above and beyond.
