Great plants and very well bundled and shipped. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Emails not returned, questions not answered and when I pressed them about this they sold me that they deal with big growers and dont care about anyone else. If you can buy from somewhere else, do.

Stingy strawberry growers can't even donate 48 plants to our church community garden. That little amount wouldn't hurt them at all out of the hundred thousand or more plants they make money off, they're just too greedy.

Pre-ordered a bare-root blackberry plant last year which just arrived for this spring season, delivered through Canada Post. Took a bit longer to arrive than I would've liked (non-priority mail apparently) but I am absolutely amazed at the size and health of the plant. The longest roots are about 22-26" long (maybe even more) and have a spread of well over 30" diameter when draped over the soil cone during planting. Not 100% sure if it will survive the planting but I can't see how any mail-order plants can, if this one doesn't. Very pleased with the quality of the product. 2 MONTH EDIT: Plant is thriving. Now have 3 very robust primocanes that should produce quite a lot of fruit next year.
