We had the pleasure of working with Tammy 15 years ago when she helped us purchase our farm. She was the only agent that actually listened to us and found us what we were asking for. Just this year, with Tammys guidance, patience, understanding and care we sold our farm to its new family. Tammy has been a wonderful realtor! We first used her in 2012 to purchase a home in Kentville. We were living away and found her to be vey helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. After moving to Kentville and living in that house we decided to purchase another in town. She helped us with our sale and our new purchase. Again, excellent service! Recently we decided to move out of the area. Of course, we called Tammy to list our home! It sold very quickly and she handled all of the negotiations with her usual professionalism! Weve been using Tammy for all of our home buying and selling needs for the last ten years. She is such a nice and kind person that we truly look forward to spending time with her. Most important though, is that shes incredibly honest - which is exactly what you want from a Realtor. Our first home buying experience, we were a young couple with a new baby, and a very small budget. A realtor could easily have led us to the less desirable areas of towns we were unfamiliar with, with many houses in our price range. But not Tammy! She was always very honest with us about areas with higher crime rates, and even houses that were built using outdated building criteria. Flash forward to us buying and selling houses during the pandemic and Tammy made the whole experience seamless. She really had a grasp on what we were looking for, and happily toured many houses with us while we tried to find the perfect one for us. Tammys dedication to both our needs and safety protocols left us forever grateful to have had her as our Realtor. As we now move to another province, we only wish that we could take Tammy with us to help us find our next home.
