I have used m and g cab for years. After COVID it would cost 38$ to go from Kingsport to Kentville. Today I was informed by M and G cab that it would cost me 40$ to drive five minutes from Kingsport to canning. I think it is time for a metered taxi service. I will no longer be using their service

They are almost always late and never compensate for it! The drivers are unprofessional. The drive smoked through the entire ride.

Dispatcher informed me that she would send a cab. 40 minutes later, I call back and she says "I told tou I had to wait for a car". I then stated she should have let me know it was going to be over 30 minutes as I have an appointment, and she hung up on me!!Terrible customer service.
