Beechmont House

If all youre looking for is a spectacular view, stay at Beechmont House. If you want a lodging thats clean and secure, do not choose to stay at Beechmont House based on our recent experience. The photos and price on the site and others set a higher expectation then experienced. There is no denying that the view is beautiful but the house itself leaves a lot to be desired. Just a few of the issues that we had were: Cobwebs in the corners of the hallways The master bed simply had the comforter thrown over it. When pulling back the comforter the fitted sheet was not fitted at all, in fact, it was all lumpy and askew. Huge dust bunnies under the beds Pills of some sort between the floorboards Drawers of the bureaus could not be opened Knives in the kitchen were broken and dull The small appliances are old and need a good cleaning I could not close the front door on my own. My husband had to close it The back patio doors were broken did not close. There was at least a 1 gap and did not lock. They were locked by two pieces of wood on either side of the door.
