        Firstly it is an old Navy building and NOT a restaurant. It is an empty hollow building at the moment. Not sure what the owner has in store, but it is falling apart and an eye sore.

        Tom Bouchard , I own the building and my plans for the restoration are at NavyHut.ca. I know the place is in a state of disrepair but I have a very structured timeframe in which I am progressing at. I hope that you will show some patience in your judgment as Im only 14 months into the project that could take another 1.5 yrs to complete. The place had sat empty for over 20+ yrs until I showed interest in it . I thank you for your comments .
