Beautiful Baths

Questionable sales / quoting tactics, no apology, no promised refund received. Too bad because the end result looks good. Apparently, the salesman cant take responsibility for measuring incorrectly even though we asked him to come back and confirm his measurements before quoting for the job. He assured us he was right and the tub would fit, despite our doubts. He wasnt right but of course we werent told until the old tub was out leaving us no alternative but to stump up the additional cost. He wont even apologize. Shame on him! Service: Bathtub replacement

Edit to update post-renovation! April 2023 - Words cannot express how happy we are with our new bathroom! Chris, Jack and the rest of the team went above and beyond to remove all of our old fixtures and install the bathroom of my dreams! Their professionalism, expertise and attention to detail are first-rate, and within two weeks they took our bathroom from dated and drab to the beautiful oasis it is now! We highly recommend Beautiful Baths! September 2022 - So impressed with the service! This is our first experience with a complete renovation project, and Andrew has been so helpful, from coming to our home to discuss options and ideas, to walking us through the process of selecting everything we'll need. He really listened us, and helped us to feel confident in our choices. Can't wait to see our new bathroom when it's done!
