Dr.Vats is a human being like the rest of us therefore he can be ill like the rest of us he is not a machine. Being patient and waiting to get in to seeing him can be very beneficial to you as he will be a great advocate for you as he has been for me. Please be patient he as he will see to your needs.

I fell on cement last tuesday smashed my face up quite badly busted a finger have had 2 appointments cancelled since then one last thursday an 1 today when i take time off wirk to see him i lose money doez not seem to be his concern ..when Dr.Fitzgerald was there was never turned away even if i didnt have appointment always got to see my doctor this guy is a joke an his sore back seems to be an issue......

The receptionist here is completely lacking in any responsibility and accountability, she is rude, immature and just plain unpleasant. I mean I dont think this woman couldnt keep her attitude in check if her life depended on it. She has the communication skills of a misguided tween, she is a bold faced liar and should not be in charge of ANYTHING that has to do with peoples well being. I am not exaggerating here. She had messed up my booking 2 times and blamed me, with much attitude, both times. IVE ONLY BEEN THERE 4-5 TIMES! Personally, I make appointments all week, every week as a part of my job, I have an organized planner, and I am ALWAYS on time and I NEVER miss an appointment. But yeah, both those wrong bookings were my mistake..... riiight. She also messed up my blood paperwork, oops, I forgot to send it off , oh also I had a booking cancelled once too, day before. So, the handful of times Ive been to this doctors office they messed up almost every time. Bravo. But dont you get short with her, because she will simply just hang up in your ear, (twice) apparently she has better things to do than be pestered with responsibility and accountability. Stay away from this place, use the clinic if you need to see a real doctor, I know I will be. One star is the minimum, Id have given 0. Just read the other reviews here. P.S. Oh, the last straw? Out of desperation I tried to brave the attitude and call back and make another appointment, I asked for an emailed confirmation just to avoid any future conflict, but no, the lovely receptionist informed me that the Dr Vatts office doesnt do or have an email account. It kind of says it all. Try and wrap your head around that one.

Not impressed Ive now had 5 appointments cancelled and everyone of those Ive had to take time off work for because he only works 3 days a week and only a few hours a day!! Im a single parent and cant afford to lose those shifts!! I never ever had an appointment cancelled by Dr Fitzgerald who used to work there before retirement a few years ago he was a fantastic doctor! I wish I could say the same for Dr Vatz but Ive only ever seen him 3 times in the last few years ... I had blood work done October 2018 after a concussion and still trying to get an appointment to get results and it April 2019! Ridiculous!! Unacceptable
