We bought a bunch of expensive furniture and the very next day while watching tv, we saw that they are having a massive sale. The day after our big purchases. It would have been nice if they told us about that before we paid over $5000 on furniture.
We bought one of their most expensive bedroom sets and the paint started to peel off of the headboard and footboard two weeks after having them shipped to our home. After numerous phone calls and emails sent to them for repairs, two months later we finally get a call back from someone telling us that the only thing they will do for our headboard and footboard now is to send someone to our home with a paint touch up pen:/ not impressed!!!! Its been over three more weeks now since we were told that someone would be coming to our home soon to fix the headboard and footboard. I would never shop there again or recommend anyone I know to shop there.
