Family Focus Medical Clinics

Really really great staff. I was there with my child for a Sunday morning walk in. The receptionist was very well organized, helpful, compassionate, and respectful. Once we were checked in, she told us how long the wait would be, clearly by gut feeling, and we went to our car to wait. Sure was exactly correct with her guess and we were seen when it was our turn. Dr. Rivas saw my child. He took the time to really listen to my description of the symptoms and situation, and once finished his exam, took the time to carefully explain options, medication, and follow up. I felt like we were looked after, which is more than one can hope for in today's medical system environment.

I think maybe who ever is in charge of making a schedule for family focus should update the schedule online....because there seems to be a revised schedule posted on the door with changed times everytime I go there. Not Impressed!!!!

Worst experience ever. Walk in front desk lady had manners and empathy of a teaspoon..we brought our 14 month old here and we just sat for quite some time with no information as to when we would get seen. it may take 'several hours' before you see a doctor and front desk won't mention this unless you have the audacity to ask. If you do dare to ask, you may just ruin this front desk woman's mood and get a lot of attitude.

Staff was kind and helpful, I am thankful they were open Sunday. It is hard to find a place to get in these days.

I had gone to the Sackville location last week, it was an unfortunate 3 hour wait, but worth it. There is a new young female doctor, I cannot remember her name, but she was phenomenal. Very thorough and showed concerns for my health. I was honestly expecting a quick check up and to be told that I have something viral or that I'm fine, which is what normally happens at a walk-in clinic for me, but it was the complete opposite. She checked my vitals, palpated my stomach, ordered urgent tests, and took time to make sure she didn't put me on meds that interact with the ones I'm currently on. I had to verbally thank her and let her know that she was amazing. I think she is going to make a world of a difference there.
