Dr Muise and staff were all professional and very helpful. I injured my eye during the holidays, they were able to take me in that day and even stayed a little late to get me taken care of. Very appreciative.

I'm very happy with my experience at Vogue Lower Sackville today! The receptionist was super friendly and Dr.Muise was so great! She was very thorough and took time to explain things to me and answer my questions. Jim Gilks was also incredibly friendly and helpful! Fantastic staff!

I have been dealing with terrible eyesight since I was a young teen. I haven't ever really had a great eye doctor. I find generally they aren't friendly, they rush you, and I always found that the new glasses I would receive just didn't quite cut it. This leads me to my discovery of Dr. France Muise and the staff at Vogue Optical in Lower Sackville. I was going on almost 3 years since my last check up and new glasses, and have found the past few months terrible for vision. I was trying to get an appointment before insurance ran out with my old job (started a new job). I went online on a Tuesday and found an appointment for Thursday evening the same week! The receptionist was friendly when I arrived. Dr. Muise was so warm and friendly. She is the kind of health care professional I strive to be like. She listened, she explained, she took the time to find the best prescription for me. All of her equipment is top of the line. I came back that Saturday morning and Dennis helped me find the perfect pair of frames. He wasn't pushy. He spent an hour and a half with me, showing me frames from every price point and letting me know which frames would be best for my face and prescription. He is also a lense technician, and has over 20+ years of experience. We ended up picking out a couple of great frames and I genuinely appreciated his friendliness and expertise. I went to pick up my new prescription glasses last night. WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I can see! Things are clear. A different gentleman helped me when I came in, but when Dennis saw that I was in the office, he came out to see what I thought of my new glasses. He shared my excitment at being able to see again. Today I received a phone call from Dennis that my prescription sunglasses are ready so I will be going in tomorrow morning to pick them up. I have been raving about this location since my appointment with Dr. Muise and cannot recommend any other. She is hands down the best eye doctor I have ever gone to (both in personality and expertise) and I am so appreciative to Dennis for the time he put into helping me find the perfect pair of glasses. For the reviews complaining about face masks... I work in health care, so I fully appreciate when people wear masks in close contact settings. Especially as it is cold and flu season. Nothing worse than helping someone and getting coughed on and then getting sick a few days later. Thank you Vogue Optical Lower Sackville, Dr. Muise, and Dennis. Staff at vogue has always been great however if Dr muise is going to require a mask even after all restrictions are lifted I'll just go somewhere else...pretty sad I had to take a day off work to figure that out.
