I reached out to Jared with what I thought was gray water gas in a vacant home (obnoxious smell). He went above and beyond to help me out. When he investigated he discovered it was another issue. We had a tree root blockage in our sewer line. The line was cleared and Just Drains installed 42 feet of liner to protect against the roots growing and blocking the drain again. Just Drains was very professional, and placed the liner efficiently and effectively with minimal interference to our household. I highly recommend them for similar sewer drain liner installations. Jared & team did a great job! A tree had done a job on the clay pipe that was our sewer line leading out from our house. It was blocked in many places. We ended up having a liner installed. Since the line was so long, it took almost a week - they could do only 25ft per day. Best part of dealing with Jared was the communication. We always knew when he was coming and when he was returning - the liner had to cure for 6 hours before he could come back to finish up that day. If he was running late or there was a snow storm, he contacted us to keep us up to date. We didnt have to reach out and ask what was going on. This seems to be a rare thing these days.
