Aaron was an extremely nice guy, and did a fantastic job. I have persistent back tightness, as well as mobility issues from following a very strict, high volume bodybuilding routine, and despite the pain associated with stretching me out and everything, his thorough and effective work made me pain and tightness free for the first time in probably years. Highly recommend him not just for his abilities, but also his attention to detail, and overall kindhearted nature. I will definitely be back.

Aaron is truly a master at his craft. Every time I book an appointment with him not only are my concerns and injuries addressed with care and expertise but they are relieved and/or resolved quicker than I could wish for. His knowledge and cadence makes him a must for anyone looking to improve and work on underlying injuries.

I have been seeing Aaron for years and Ive never had an RMT so in tune with biomechanics and how the body works. Aaron tests and retests the function of the areas in question - which visually shows you the progress within a single session. This is the sign of somebody that knows what theyre doing - and represent a results focused approach (not somebody who will just push on your back and tell you to come back next week, which Im sure weve all experienced). Working with Prostretch has allowed me to train at a high level without any deleterious injury or setback for 8 years!

Very professional service. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable and uses a variety of approaches to treat my mobility and pain issues. I recently had a major problem with my neck and with a rotator and through treatment and education/training , Aaron was able to solve both issues quickly and allow my body to heal back to full potential. 10/10 would recommend!!

Aaron at Prostretch is really awesome. He always takes time to listen to my concerns or issues, asks questions, investigates what could be causing the issue, and explains it to me. He communicates during the appointment and makes sure that I'm ok, and even makes me laugh. He's great at teaching stretches and patient with my body learning how to move the right way, or modifying them when my body refuses to do it that way. I'd recommend Aaron to ANYONE!
