        An at the front desk is so rude. She was short and no compromise at all. Im a member for the caf innocently trying to get help for my sleep apnea. She talked down to me and if you read the reviews on here its all because of the front desk. Absolutely terribe experience with the front desk

        I was a long time customer of this clinic. No longer. I've had enough of the rude service provided by the front desk staff (read the other reviews if you want more info). Stay away from this clinic if you value customer service and want a clinic that you don't have to feel anxious about calling and disturbing. You've been warned.

        Very professional to deal with, helped me with all my questions set me up with a new machine and took care off all the paperwork for me so a big thanks to Kate and Anne and I look forward to dealing with both of you in the future. I highly recommend the snore shop in Sackville.
