Made a call today. I began explaining the issue and when I finally finished, no one was on the phone.
I called back later and the guy on phone said he had to put me on hold when I called last. He did this without saying anything to me and verified by my husband that he said nothing about putting me on hold as he was on speaker phone. On second call he said I will have the animal control officer call you back and still have heard nothing. He was abrupt and rude.
