HOLISTIC HEALTH CENTRE

I went to the Respiratory Tract Talk by Dr. Claudia Schiemann and found it very interesting and informative. Claudia has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is very personable. She and her husband, Thorsten, created a very friendly and fun atmosphere for the talk. The talk was light and fun to attend, yet very informative. The talk was in their nice set-up separate building on the backside of the Holistic Centre. The group size of the talk was small enough to feel comfortable asking questions. I learned a lot about practically supporting my respiratory tract and immune system, which are easy and dont cost much. I intend to attend future talks on different topics and plan to visit the Holistic Centre for other services to assist my health and well-being.

Claudia has been a great help in so many different aspects. Coming here has definitely been a holistic experience that I have never gotten anywhere else. Every inch of the centre is very welcoming and cozy! Her passion for this work and her positivity make me feel motivated and refreshed everytime I leave the centre. Can highly recommend!

Singing Bowls Meditation. I had never done this before and really was a bit skeptical, however after the first session I was sold. One hour of deep relaxation in a calm, inviting environment. It has helped me with digestive issues, improved my sleep and I believe my sciatic issues. You are transcended to another place and you wake up totally relaxed. Thorsten is a master in how he plays the bowls and the sounds are beautiful. I'm thoroughly enjoying my sessions.

I've been attending the Qi Gong class with Claudia on Saturday mornings and I love the positive atmosphere and the energy it gives going into the weekend!
