        Our stay there was great. We had a very nice room with a great view of the river.

        Lovely old inn that is a great place to stop before or after exploring Cape Breton. Arrived late in afternoon and were greeted by the innkeeper. Highly recommended we go to The Red Spoon Pub and enjoy the music and dinner (it was about the only game in town), which we truly enjoyed. Perfectly appointed room (weak internet) and a great breakfast in beautiful dining area.

        We had a lovely stay at the Inn. The innkeeper was wonderful to chat with and provided a wealth of information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, we enjoyed perfectly cooked pancakes both days of our stay. The Inn is also walking distance to the famous Red Shoe Pub where you can enjoy traditional music and wonderful food. I highly recommend the Duncreigan Country Inn of Mabou along your journey around Cape Breton Island.
