However, the apple & mint cheese was very disappointing. There are several other reviews that said it was awful, but we decided to try it anyway. Sadly, they were right. We couldn't finish the brick. Hopefully the cheesemaker can find a way to balance out the bitter mint flavours; I'd be willing to try it again in the future.
