Where do I begin…This accountant should not be in business! An accountants job is to help the people that retain them for the best outcome possible…not hinder them and make the situation worse! That is exactly what this accountant did to my family. He submitted false documents, without my consent, which caused a snowball of problems, and in the end i was denied any help because of the accountants actions. When approached, he was very defensive and was adamant he did nothing wrong. He has no empathy or customer service skills. Under the Chartered Professional Accountants Act, an accountant needs to have integrity, objectivity and professional Competence. A professional accountant should also be straightforward and Honest in all business relationships, however; this is not the case with this accountant! Please, please think twice about retaining this accountant for your accounting needs. He never once tried to make it right and because of his actions i am in a worse situation now. Beware!!!
