We stayed here early April with our youth hockey teams. The rooms were great! Staff was friendly. However, upon booking for our teams, we had many run ins with complications of getting rooms put into individual names. And upon check in, we used our credit card for the "hold" for incidentals. Upon check out, the staff checked the 2 rooms we had and said everything was fine and they were releasing the 2 holds. It's 2 weeks later, many phone calls to the hotel and our credit card company have been made. One hold was released but the other was not to date. Never had this issue before with having the hold released. And when cash deposits were a thing, never had a problem. Check out, get cash deposit back and done. No hassle. With our credit card, it's been nothing but a hassle getting our hold released. Other then the credit card issue, it was a great place. Just a major headache over the credit card
