Atlantic Outdoor Wood & Pellet Furnaces

We bought an outdoor wood boiler from Cyrille Michaud this October (2022) and so far have had an excellent experience. He is VERY thorough! He will bend over backwards to make sure you are informed and prepared to buy and install the boiler that best suits your needs. We highly recommend Atlantic o Outdoor wood Furnaces.

I do recommend a Classic Boiler but avoid this dealer. Find another dealer. Same furnace I bought here is $4,500. Cheaper at another dealer. I so wish I had known about this other dealer and hopefully saved me a lot of disappointment. Hes very strong opinionated and does not want to accept other peoples ideas on furnace stuff. Also have trouble that he doesnt answer my call. Reports Im hearing from other people about him are not nice.

Very unpleasant experience from this business owner. I was going to be a customer but have changed my mind as per the way my wife and I were treated. I would warn anyone of the outcome if there is any time you do not agree with owner!

We purchased our boiler the fall of 2021. Cyrille was incredibly professional and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation went as smoothly as possible. He did not quit until he was sure that everything was in tip top shape. He sat down with my wife and I a talked to us about our heating needs. He was very knowledgeable about how to integrate the boiler with our current Hydronic heating system. We discussed sizes of boilers and he helped us choose the one that best suited our current needs as well as giving us the option to expand in the future. He was very upfront and transparent with cost, and even gave me advise and showed me where I could save some money if I was willing to do some of the work myself. I decided to hire a plumber to plumb the system in to our homes existing heating system and Cyrille volunteered his time to come down and explain how the system was to be installed. The plumbers (Blackburn and Bennet) didn't follow his directions and the install was not done properly. Cyrille then came back free of charge to look it over to advise them of the corrections needed and it was done wrong again. At this point Cyrille asked if he could bring in his own crew to plumb it in properly and did so at no cost to us. Since then it has worked perfectly with no issues. I have recommended Cyrille and his company to friends and would gladly do business with him again. Thanks Cyrille!
