Place is old and worndown. Reminds me of the type of clinic one who find in a developing country. That said, I give it 5 star because it's still better than the other medical facilities in the Province and wait times are generally short.

The most amazing experience I have ever had in an emergency room before. Got here with chest pain and vertigo. Got in to see a nurse within an hour. Shortly after that the doctor came to see me. They did every test to find out what was wrong, without me having to self advocate! Most of my emergency room experiences, they never find out the issue and only give prescriptions then send you off. But this was different! Within a few hours I had 5 tests done and was waiting on results. Everyone was beyond friendly and professional. I have lived in many provinces around Canada and I can say without a doubt this was my best emergency room experience ever. Thank you to such an phenomenal staff for taking care of me and prioritizing my health!

My wife who spent her life nursing went to Twin Oaks ER yesterday because she had developed a very serious cough and feeling miserable and positive for Covid. She registered at 10 AM and was triaged by nurse who didnt even take the time to listen to her breathing and chest to see if in her lungs. Then she sat from then until 8:30 last night waiting to be seen by Doctor who she never did see. Thanks to Pam King for at least doing EKG/ blood work. Well guess what she had lung issues and had to have antiobiotics. Sitting there coughing with others. No wonder hospitals hot beds for germs. Would not suggest anyone use ER there until the incompetence level improvesm

Worst hospital in Nova Scotia be prepared to wait a long long time even if it's an emergency. Staff is unhelpful and doctors are slow but are very nice people. Absolutely abysmal experience.

Musquidobiot harbour is so lucky to have this hospital and it's staff. Yes the hospital is short of staff but they make it work. My stay at the hospital was made much easier who did everything in their power to make me feel better and help me get well.
