        This be the third time that lights weren't on an I go past scales like your supposed to when there closed an the green light was on at the scales like they were open but when me an other driver went by the lights weren't on so that tells us there closed but buddy comes out as we went by with his hands out like why didn't you guy stop type thing but like I said lights were off when we went by an this ain't first time this has happen not just to me but several drivers we all know . They need to keep better track on there lights to let you know there open
