        School gets canceled for rainy days, not storms just rain, sometimes it actually doesnt rain (bad weather reporting) also light snow and parents are expected to stay home or find a sitter. This hurts kids learning and hurts them in the long run. Im from Ontario and it has to be 3 feet of snow before we cancel and not a storm in our history have we canceled school because of rain. If some cant make it then less come but to expect everyone to stay home is just lazy. Hopefully improvements are made to minimize days off because kids get enough days off and so do the teachers. The new principal is way better and the teachers are great when its not raining lol
