Customer service is normally nice but the old lady Sheila who helped me today was condescending, rude and very unpleasant, i haven't been in a bank for a while and they had a sign up for people to line up for the teller and I never noticed it she told me the line starts over by the sign , so I asked oh over there ? And she rudely comments yea well there is a sign. I had to reactivate one of my cards and once it was done she told me to take my card out of the machine , she didn't even ask if I needed any other services or anything , I wanted to take out cash but after that horrible service I'm glad it ended soon as possible, horrible worker , she need to learn how to be nice and I hope she sees this so she knows what type of person she came off as. I'll purposely be going to a different teller next time I'm there.

Terrible customer service. You can not reach local branch and the call center can't help you. "Just go to the bank branch" It isn't always that easy to do that with an 87 year old with mobility issues. And all we need is a question answered, why do they need to see her face to face. Terrible terrible customer service.
