        Ive been getting ice cream from highland square mall for months now. I am extremely pleased with the quality of customer service coming from the employees. The manager always greats me with a smile and even knows me by name, and even my order. Well done to her and the other ladys working there as well, I dont mind paying the price of the ice cream because of their customer service. Without them Laura secord would not have the customers
