Simms Denture Clinic

I went to Susan for upper and lower metal partials. I had several appointments with her for moldings. After receiving the partials I noticed immediately that the teeth were on a slant, I mentioned this to Susan, she said it was my jaw, the teeth weren't crooked. I went back for several adjustments for fitment, which is normal. After the third and final adjustment, I decided to "sit with them" for a little while, allow myself to adjust to them. I thought perhaps since having partials were new to me, that I may just have to get used to them. 1 month went by and I became increasingly disappointed with them. Several people commented to me that they were not straight, and that their partials fit comfortably. My partials are not comfortable, I can't eat with them in ( kind of defeats the purpose of getting them) they hurt my gums. The partial also rock terribly. So, I went back to Susan a month later, I explained everything that was going on, and again showed her that the teeth were NOT straight. She said she would fix them, leave them with her and come back again the next day. I took more time off work ( unpaid obviously), went back to pick them up the next day....she hadn't done ANYTHING to them, she told me she can't fix them, it's my jaw, even though I've never had crooked teeth ( or jaw). I paid her $2400 for these partials; plus many hours of missed time at work and traveling expenses. She advertises PRICISION work, she's been doing this work for 28 years. Perhaps she was tired the night she made mine, or had a glass too many, which caused the terrible slant? Either way, she refused to do any more for me. I am flabbergasted, and very, very DISPPOINTED!! I mean....would you be happy with crooked teeth, that you can't eat with, that you paid a "professional " denturist $2400+ expenses to make?

I think Susan is fantastic. Unfortunately I haven't seen her for a while But I am ready to get a replacement. She's awesome. Can't wait to see her again

She makes sure your teeth feel right and does a great job making them, if you have any trouble she will tell you to come back, I told people to go to her for there teeth and my friends did and they were very pleased with the out come, so if you are thinking about getting your false teeth this lady I highly recommend Susan!
