We switched to propane and went with Sullivans. They installed pipework over light fittings (we had to buy new ones and have them fitted) and put a foot through the top of our septic holding tank - they didn't even bother to tell us before leaving and it wasn't until the stench of effluent coming up through the floor - alerted us to the problem (some months later and several calls nothing has been done). They also installed pipework across the ceiling of one room despite being asked to install the pipes inside the ceiling - we have had to pay for new light fittings, to have a plumber come and move all the pipes again and are still waiting for something to be done about our septic tank - which yes is still open and stinks.
