        impossible to contact anyone 3 months later still cant connect with branch .... they send all calls to the call centre even though their phone voice says someone will pick up or you can leave a message ..... no you cant. They took money from my account and wont give it back even though i have the receipt that says no money was dispensed !!

        when your in need in the middle of nowhere and need help with service and have direct deposit BMO is there for you I know I been there before in a city that I really need it they was there ty BMO I'll never forget that day

        I *do* have the name of someone who works there, but when I entered it on the keypad, the automated system said "Sorry, I didn't get any input" and of course redirected me to the call center. Admin, don't bother to write the standard message you wrote to the other commenters.
