        Called this location from Sydney looking for TV Bingo cards. The young lady who answered the phone said she had 3 left - so I told here I was leaving Sydney and would be there in 20 minutes for them - I asked her to hold them for me as I would driving 20 minutes for them. She said ok and I thanked her. I just arrived to pick them up and was told that she had just sold them and that they do not hold the cards - it is first come, first served. That is fine - if I had of known that before I drove the 20 minutes for nothing. Very poor customer service - you made a unhappy customer of me. I travel alot and buy alot of gas for my F150 - I guess other stations other than Irving can have my business... John
