This hidden spot will forever be my saving grace ... with a special shout out to Amy MacPherson !!! I called and explained my situation to her. She went to work on getting me in to get my car fixed, quick. I had a issue with my front end. So I made an appointment with a New Glasgow Hyundai, who gave me the clear saying it was my brakes needing to be serviced. I knew this wasn't right, but I'm not a mechanic. I drove it back to the city to get my brakes serviced. Where I was told it wasn't my brakes, it's a broken strut mount. Called NG Hyundai back, only to be met with a 2 week out appointment, and hostility. It's tire switch over season and no appointments in the city are available, but I have front end trouble. I call all over Nova Scotia to find someone who can help me. I get to Port Hawksbury Hyundai, a pleasant voice answered my panicked call. She fit me in, AND had the part on hand. It was a broken strut mount, and a bearing in my steering. It may have been a bit of a drive from the city, but it's beautiful and you get to meet Amy MacPherson, and know you're dealing with someone who actually cares. She's such an asset to Hyundai. Way to go Gateway Hyundai in Port Hawksbury, you have a gem working for you!!

The Staff at Gateway are wonderful and provide excellent service. I don't own a Hyundai, had my daughter's car in for service, however, my next car will be a Hyundai based upon Gateway's premium service.

I would like to share my experience with Gateway Hyndai. They have been very cooperative throughout the entire process to get my vehicle ever since before shipping. I got my new Elantra Preferred 2023 yesterday from them within 1 month waiting period. And its almost important to get a new car shipped within this short time nowadays anywhere in the market. Shane Matheson was my sales associate. He was very much kind & interactive. I would like to thank Gateway Hyndai and refer to all my friends and families in near future. They have got excellent service and customer relationships management.
