        If I could rate a zero I would. The service at this bank is ridiculous. They will not help you or do anything to go above and beyond. I have deposited a very large cheque that THEY requested. After a 4 week delay because they forgot to fax it out we finally received it. I deposited it and they would only release $100. 0.5% of the cheque. Cheryl specifically is not helpful and should not be in banking. People need access to their money and they need to trust that important documents are sent out. This trust was lost and TD continues to provide me nothing but delays. I will be switching banks.

        Terrible customer service. I was scammed and TD opened an investigation to recover my funds. I spoke with the manager in Port Hawkesbury to book an appointment to discuss the hold up, as it's been 68 business days and I was told it would only take 30. The manager (female) refused to help and when she asked for more info, and I explained the letter was from TD, she said "Don't give me that, don't tell me it's from TD, I know it's not so don't even start with me" literally calling me out as a liar. The most beligerant and unethical conversation I've had, especially with someone as high seniority as a manager.
