Ive been a client of Nanis for 7 or 8 years now and have had a few services by her and should of given this review long ago, that being said not once was I ever disappointed with any service. Nani and her staff are welcoming and friendly the moment you walk thru the door. The salon is very clean and well organized. Nani and Abbys attention to detail provides a reliable and top quality service. You can tell that their protocol for Covid had their clients best interest and they still have the same protocol. I would highly recommend Nanis Esthetics for any of your spa needs! Services: Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Hydradermabrasion/HydraFacial

I have nothing but good things to say about Nanis Esthetic! Everyone that I have encountered are extremely welcoming and treat you with such respect. I had laser hair removal done by Nani, who I might add is just the sweetest woman ever, and I have always felt comfortable at every appointment. Staff is very informative and professional and I have never had any issues scheduling or rescheduling appointments. I 100% recommend Nanis Esthetic!

Very disappointed to have to write this review. I made an appointment with this establishment at the start of the month to get my nails done. The staff was friendly and the place looked very clean - great environment. After my nails were completed, I was happy with the results and booked in another appointment for a new set in January. However, when I got home that same night, one of my nails fell off !! I was very disappointed as I just paid close to 100-$ at the salon for the services I received a few hours prior. I decided to just call the salon the next day and have them fix it. I called the receptionist the next day and didnt get an answer on the phone - no panic, I know theyre busy. So I left a message with my name and explained what happened. I waited two days and expected to receive a call back- nothing. I called again on the third day and someone picked up. I explained what happened and said I just want someone to make time to fix it and Ill be content with that. The receptionist explained that they are very busy and doesnt see a time where it can be fixed. I replied with, well I need someone to find some time to fix it- its just one nail and I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and they are supposed to last weeks, not under 24 hours. She agreed to call me back. After three more days of waiting, still no call back. THREE more nails have fallen off in the first week. I called one more time and left a voicemail requesting someone contact me so we can fix this - nobody ever did. Im extremely disappointed in the quality and customer service I received. I understand people are busy, including myself - but this is unacceptable. I have tried and tried to remedy this before I decided to give up the chase and move along back to a salon who provides quality services and ensures customer satisfaction. A customer shouldnt have to hound a salon to fix a service that they already paid for and are unhappy with. Service: Manicure
