Excellent, fantastic, very polite, very helpful, knowledgeable and great service I truly love the top notch very friendly and very professional customer service Ive received from ALEX. Alex took such great care of ordering my new iPhone that I was able to receive it after just 2 days (actually the next working day). She also did all the work - transfer the data and so on without having to ask for it. That was the best experience I've had here in Nova Scotia That will be our preferred store - for sure!! Shop is very nice and always very clean - I love that!! Thank You Alex I highly recommend this store to everyone

After 4 visits to Bell and many many frustrating hours trying to add a 4G security camera to my plan only to be told it couldnt be done (for ridiculous reasons), the awesome staff at Highland Cellular had me switched over to a better plan with Telus and had my camera hooked up and activated in less then 30 min(camera was about 5). Thanks again to the ladies at Highland Cellular! And bye bye Bell
