        This was our first visit to Pet Valu and we were very impressed with the customer service. Susan helped us to pick out everything we needed for our new puppy and made sure we didn't forget anything. She's a dog owner herself and is knowledgeable and helpful, and gave us store coupons for a considerable discount. Really impressed with her and the friendly atmosphere of the store. They offer a facility where, for $12, dog owners can comfortably wash their dog and Pet Valu provides shampoo etc, and they clean up afterward. Totally worth it!
