Sometimes i knock on the front window to drive tue staff crazy. I feel bad for the fighting fish. Someone should just drink them all. The staff are ok. Petvalu sucks but what choice is there. Im growing a tooth near my tonsil

The staff are friendly and super helpful always happy to help and polite. They make a big fuss with the parts that go in too. My girl loves going on, and I even for a bath. Keep up the good work and thank you

This is a review of recognition for the manager Sally. She is one of the friendliest and nicest staff members I know and she went out of her ways to helping me get a new tank by a different brand that I gonna be trying out first time for my betta fish. The store tried ordering a tank for me and the first one that came in had a huge crack on the glass in which Sally apologizing a dozen times for but it wasn't her fault, we can't control what the delivery drivers do, so she then tried ordering a second one but it never showed up in the delivery truck to the store. They tried again to order the tank and still never showed up after a second try. So she went out of her way to go to Sydney to there other store vendor, check the available tanks that was there to make sure there was no cracks in the glass, buy it and then drove it back to the store in Port Hawkesbury and then rechecked it to make sure of no cracks from the trip down. It is without a doubt the nicest thing anyone has ever done for me to go out of there way to help me out in getting what I need. For that she deserves this review and so much more. If ever you go to Pet Valu with any questions or inquiries, Sally is definitely a recommendation to talk to and get help from. She has a strong heart of gold and a passion to help others. Thank you once again Sally for all that you done for me.
