Tim Hortons

Interior and layout is the same as any other modern Tims in Canada. Service is incredibly SLOW here. Im not from the area and just here for work, but compared to every other Tims Ive been to in other towns/cities the service is lacking in pace at this location. Not sure if Im always being served by a new employee or what. Every single time its 2-3 mins of the employee fumbling with the POS/register before asking for help from someone else. Then after that it takes 5-10 mins to get my drink and donut. I watched the employee throw out 3 failed cups of iced coffees and stand there for a while because they either put too much base or cream into it. Staff need more basic training.

Order wrong. Tried to fix at the window. Told it was fixed after arguing with me. Still wrong. Go in after leaving drive thru to rectify. Still told I was wrong for what I ordered. Given product of less than half of the value I paid. ($2.30 donut paid for but $0.99 donut received!) And no compensation.

This Tim Hortons has a really pleasant atmosphere. Staff is very polite and friendly and the washrooms are clean.
