My 1 year old dog was having an emergency after ingesting gardening seeds accidentally. She had lost the ability to walk, gone unconscious, barely breathing and we were terrified she was dying. Called the emergency line (around 8pm) and spoke with the most unprofessional, unsympathetic woman ever. Because our dog hadn't been to the vet before they wouldn't see her, and basically told us call the other vet in town or let her die. I was crying and begging her to be seen, said there was no reason we couldn't be patients at this vet if she were to be seen, and she said, "nothing I can do, try somewhere else". If this is how they treat a dying animal in an emergency, I'd hate to see how they treat other animals on a normal day. The lack of empathy was appalling. Wouldn't bring my worst enemy for treatment here. Beware. Go to the other vet in town, they took my puppy in right away and saved her life.

They are so kind, & awesome with the animals that they see in there!! Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to!! Willing to go that extra mile!! I wouldn't go anywhere else!!
