As the other person stated they neverrrrrrr answer there phone or get back to you so if you order wine or anything else expect them to never let you know when you can actually go and get it.

Never answere there phone, they did today and told me they would be open after I drove 2 and a half hours they were closed and it's not even 3

Awesome shop love it! Cora and her staff are some of the nicest people and they are some of the best people to work with for this industry with my experience, whatever you need they got or are always more than happy to hook it up with. Definitely recommending this to my fellow craft enthusiasts.

They seem to have a great deal of difficulty keeping common items in stock - especially hops, which they've been completely out of for the last 3-4 months. They're also regularly out of things like whirfloc/Irish moss, campden tablets, cider yeast, etc. Echoing other reviewers, it seems that calls them go unanswered - during business hours - more often than not, and they don't seem to ever return voicemail messages. So trying to call ahead to check if they have something in stock is usually a waste of time. While I prefer to give my business to local, independent places like this, they do unfortunately make it fairly difficult. I still get my grains & yeast there - but with anything that they're regularly out of (which seems to be essentially everything else), I've given up & just started ordering online instead.
