Beyond disappointed with the customer service of this place. My family and I booked a sleigh ride on November 30th for December 27th only to be emailed the night before saying that the afternoon sleigh rides were supposed to be blocked off for that day and asking us to move to a much later time. Why they didn't realize this as soon as I booked and waited until the last minute is beyond me. My family drove up from Cape Breton the night before (3 hours) with the plans to do this then head home. It took a long time for the ranch to answer emails in the morning and when I called to confirm we were cancelled the woman who answered was rather rude. Instead of offering a discount to come back another time or try to accommodate something else she just cancelled and refunded our money. Glad we got our money back and will definitely never be trying to go back here again.

We had a very relaxing 45 minute ride around the ranch. The horses were calm and the ride was peaceful.
