        Contacted Bestway through LG warranty. Staff were able to efficiently troubleshoot our issues and service was quick even in our remote area.

        If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. Very condescending. Has no patience. Doesn't care about the customer. They only care about themselves when it comes to business. They're borderline scamming people. You're welcome to trust these people, but you have been warned.

        Most the reviews here must be fake.. these guys are unpleasant to deal with and inconvenient... waited over 2 weeks for them to come pick up my t.v. for warranty repair and still waiting.. they don't even know when they are able to come get it so obviously they are very u organized.. they only got one star because the option for zero stars is not available
