I had my bathroom gutted and a shower installed by Ray MacVicar and his staff at Cape Breton Flooring. He took us step by step through the whole process. I can not say enough good things about this place, you can tell he was in the business for a long time and really impeccable work!

We were in the store shopping looking to bring our idea to life. Not only did the guys working the floor help us decide on what we should buy, but any questions they could not answer, the owner was very close by to give ideas. After working with heir team, I would say I have a new appreciation for tile work as a form of art. I love our new kitchen and the price was right and timeline was precise. Thank you Cape Breton Flooring we will be reaching out to you when we work on our bathroom next!

We finally broke down during this hot summer and decided to get a few AC units. We shopped around for a while and when we found CB flooring, we stopped our search, prices competitive, lots of variety to choose from. It was a nice change to see the entire team was so knowledgable, I joked to the Manager running the show, if it is required to write a test to work there. Everyone was an expert with a smile on their face. Installation was great and we love our new AC units.

Stopped in and was Served by Kayla , all I got was her first name !! Have to say at my age , Ive dealt with many businesses and were all too quick to bad mouth when our service was bad but not many will come back and comment when their service was excellent !! Its very seldom that A business person will look at A customers best options than instead of trying to make that all mighty dollar !! It was really nice to get excellent customer care for A change !!!
