I had the furnace cleaned in Nov and have had nothing but problems with it since. Not realizing the issues started after the cleaning, I didn't reach out to them until now (May). I called to ask about the problems, and the secretary told me I shouldn't have waited so long. They sent the same guy back. He was defensive, telling me they don't warranty the furnace just by cleaning it. Since the cleaning, the furnace stinks inside the house so bad we have to open windows, and outside it makes you cough. It also randomly shuts off, which it never did before. The technician tells us it's old and needs to be replaced and wants to change the nozzle for the second time. I told him no and to clean up and leave. He called the office, and the secretary called me saying there were some issues. I said yes, she asked why I didn't call, and I said I wanted your technician to leave first because he was defensive and trying to replace things that weren't needed. She said he was drawing up a bill, and I was shocked; a bill for what. She yells at me, saying, "you thought we were coming for free?" I said, "yes, since it worked fine before you cleaned it." After listening to her yell at me, I said I would pay. Let me know how much, and I will give you my credit card info. We paid $109.25 for nothing. She told me to find another company and not to call them again. I have never dealt with an organization so rude; I would not recommend them. They lack the skills to work with customers; they attack and blame. We have hired many contractors over the years; I'm completely shocked by how this was handled. Service: Heating system repair

Fast response and excellent service. I appreciated the quick course in looking after an oil furnace since it's new to me. Very pleased.
