BIAS AND UNEQUAL EMPLOYER, Have 19-years experience, great credentials including reference letters, certificates and numerous acknlowedgements and despite sending my resume, calling them three times and inquiring about a position with them, I never received one reply back. Organizations such as these who portray themselves to be an instrumental business of the community are really the opposite. New Dawn Home care does not recognize male CCA'S to the same level as female CCA'S and this is evident on why ONE they ignired my credentials and TWO why 95% of their employees are females. The most dissapointing aspect about the tactics New Dawn Homecare use in their business practices, is that they believe one GENDER should be favorable over the other. Hope anyone thinking of applying with this company, reads and understands what the New Dawn Homecare standards represents and that not all fit into the equation regardless if you are a male or female CCA..
