Stokes- Mayflower Mall

For startes, this store sells products that are "on sale" but when i research their products online i find the same products at the regular price equal to this stores sale price. Soke clevar marketing or lying to thw consumer? Secondly, Whoever came up with The rule no exchanges are returnes the 1st day you are open after Christmas Is not too bright. I understand you're expecting it to be very busy with boxing day sales But considering there'a one person ahead of me in line shows that they are not busy at all. I live almost 2 hours from town and came in to exchange a pan for a more exspensive one, willing to pay the difference but they WILL NOT do it. Cape Breton is about helping people and rules are not always followed around here in every aspect of our lives, this seems uderly rediculous to me and i woll be getting a full refund next time i come back to town and buying a better pan somewhere else!

Walking around with my 2 daughters passed a man a couple of times who looked like the manager, I didn't quite know because he never acknowledged us or had a name tag etc..not a hello nothing..while in this lovely store it got quite busy well then I knew he was the manager because even though there was 8 people in line he never offered to help push customers through on the second till (Saturday week before Christmas)..while walking around aimlessly he literally cuts off my daughter and I off and doesn't even say excuse me!..idk but they must have been damn desperately in need of a manager cause that guy is about non-manager material I've ever seen.

You can usually find what u r looking for. Well not alot of other options in Sydney apart from Walmart etc.
