In the dying age of physical movie rentals, this is a great store. Spacious, comfortable to browse, and lots of old titles to choose from for the movie enthusiast. Customer service is usually very good, with emphasis on friendliness, but sometimes quirky. I was a little frustrated to see a clerk express some OCD on whether I looked familiar and should be renting from another account. I would have gladly swapped out that bit of the experience for some movie geek banter on my selections. Key takeaway: Don't let OCD negatively impact the impression you leave with paying customers.
