In my 2 dealings with this company i can say they are terrible. both times i called to get pricing on a shipment and they said "no, I cant help you". and thats it! no explanation or anything just a hard no. terrible customer service. i do not recommend

What an amazing experience!! We bought a really large item in Moncton and were going to go back from our home in Halifax to get it. We figured the price of gas and lugging a 200lb item might be easier to check with a courier. I heard great things about MBW but never needed to use a courier before. I called for a quote and spoke to April. She was very helpful and patient since I didnt have all the answers right off the top of my head, I dont do these shipping things often. She was wonderful! Today my order arrived, it came at 10 am so I didnt waste my day waiting for it, Andy was really amazing! I wasnt able to help him due to illness and he couldnt have done enough to help. I see other companies that just drop the item in the driveway so I was a little stressed but he offered to bring it right in for me. I will definitely be using this service again in the future!!! Thank you both so much for all of your help!
