Terrible property managers, Sandi and Nancy are liars. They had us evicted due to the fact we had looked after my 9 year old daughter's guinea pigs. They entered the property without our consent. The neighbors downstairs have a large husky and a small dog. That's ok though. They made false accusations, didn't look after the property, lied. Oh the power bill here is 12,00 every two months from fall to spring. Lawn care terrible, house is rotting in spots, needs painting, area leading to laundry room is terrible and dirty, they said they had someone to clean it. Nothing is insulated, windows, doors, etc. They are terrible. I'd give them no stars if it would let me.

Never will I consider renting from Lock & Stone Properties, or living in a property they maintain on behalf of another landlord. Our good ole friend Sandi at Lock and Stone rejected my application for what she told me "just not meeting the criteria", but told her current tenant they called NS Power and I was ineligible, my references didn't check out and that I didn't have a stable income! All 3 of these things I can combat and would be happy to provide you with more information on, but just throwing out my quick warning to the public!
