My stay was perfect. Check in and out is very smooth and Miriah was available for any questions. I stayed in the spruce studio and it was spotless and beautifully decorated. You cannot cook in the cabins but they had a BBQ, beautiful fire pit, and wood available. Not to mention a hot tub! Im looking forward to coming back! We just loved our weekend stay in the adorable Birch Yurt. It was a very welcoming and comfortable space with many added extra touches. It was the PERFECT Urban Wilderness Experience! I can't wait to visit again. Thanks Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 Hotel highlights Kid-friendly More

Delightful place to stay to take full advantage of all-level mountain biking, hiking and trail running. Attentively appointed and cozy. I stayed two nights and will definitely be back for another easy getaway. Nearby activities: Bring your mountain bike to enjoy the trails at the Railyard Bike Park, so easy to access via single track from SEEK.

We stayed in Maple with our two preschoolers during the long weekend. Despite all the cabins being booked for the weekend it felt secluded and private the whole time. The wifi and water pressure were both great, and we really never saw our neighbours at all. Sleeping: The beds are as comfy for bunk beds. If you like a firmer pillow you may want to bring yours with you. There were lots of extra blankets, and both bedrooms had their own heat control. Adventures & Fun: The Winding Fern trail was a great shorter woods walk, and the Rail Yard Trails are great for longer hikes into Victoria Park. We enjoyed the hot tub & it was easy to use! There was also a generous amount of firewood available for campfires. Essentials: There were lots of dishes & towels, shampoo and conditioner, nice touches like hot chocolate & trail mix, coffee & tea. Things to consider: A wireless speaker would be good to bring along, slippers are nice for chilly morning floors and if bringing younger kids make sure to bring lots of toys/games etc to entertain them. Functionally everything is kid friendly, but you are ultimately in the middle of the woods in a space best suited for adults so the more entertainment you can bring them the more relaxed you can be. All in all Seek has become one of our favourite spots to visit in Nova Scotia.
