        Put in multiple requests about a vehicle via their website. Never received a response other than the auto generated email saying we got your message and will contact you during business hours. Drive down there and couldn't find the vehicle I was looking for. A week later the vehicle was still listed and still no response. Maybe they are good if you go in, but having to leave messages because I work, zero response.

I have just booked regular maintenance for our truck, and the Team from both the Parts and Service department were quick to give me appointments, and pricing.

        Glad we leased our Escape because we would have to be brain dead to buy it. In the 3 years we had it, the engine has been replaced, and leaked transmission fluid after plus multiple other issues. Stay tuned for more!
